Extra Goodies no one even ordered!

Bowl full of baby spinach leaves
½ cup fresh mint leaves, cut up (not finely)
½ cup diced prunes
1/3 cup candied walnuts
Raspberry vinaigrette dressing
Toss spinach and mint leaves with dressing. Sprinkle with walnuts and prunes.
Our daughter commented that this salad is so good it would be lovely to have it at Christmas!
